She’s Electric

As part of our initiative to build greener homes we have taken an exciting step to include electric car charging points for every one of our new homes moving forward. Our first development to benefit from this will be our Chestnut Grove scheme in Shireoaks, Nottinghamshire.

We hope that giving every one of our new home owners a car charging point as standard, we can support and encourage the growing uptake of electric vehicles within the UK, by making charging easier, cheaper and more convenient for drivers.

Here at Stancliffe, our developments of new build homes are designed to be as sustainable as possible. From creating highly insulated, energy efficient new homes to achieving a net gain for biodiversity on our sites. It is clear all of us need to do more to help the environment, and we are committed to making a number of changes to reduce the environmental impact of the work we do.

We are making this commitment to help all of our new homeowners soften their carbon footprint and this is just the first step. All our upcoming new housing developments in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, Worksop, the Peak District and Nottinghamshire will benefit from this.
