The 5-Star rating is awarded by the Home Builders Federation (HBF) following the National New Homes Customer Satisfaction Survey. It is one of the most established and comprehensive measures of performance in the UK housebuilding industry. Each year, thousands of new homeowners are asked about their experience, from the buying journey through to the quality of their finished home and the service they receive after moving in.
To achieve 5-Star status, a home builder must receive consistently high satisfaction scores from customers. It isn’t a title that can be applied for or purchased, less that 50 home builders across the UK achieve this, and it is earned through genuine feedback. For us, it reflects the care we put into every stage of the process, from our design and construction to sales support and aftercare.
