Stancliffe Homes have always been committed to the highest standards and we are delighted to be a registered member of the New Homes Quality Board.
The New Homes Quality Board (NHQB) is an independent not-for-profit body which was established for the purpose ensuring a consistently high standard of new home quality and service, and strengthened redress for the purchasers of new-build homes where these high standards are not achieved.
How Does The NHQB Protect Home Buyers?
The NHQC has produced a new code of practice which encompasses a wide range of additional requirements for us to meet. This ensures the home is of the highest quality.
Following completion, if the customer isn’t satisfied with either the quality of the home or the customer service, then we have policies in place to deal with any complaints. Please see these here.
If the customer is still dissatisfied, then the enhanced protection also includes access to the independent New Homes Ombudsman Service (NHOS), who will make an independent assessment after receiving all relevant information.
The NHQC covers customers from the initial visit to the sales centre through to two years after moving in.
