The New Homes Quality Board (NHQB) is an independent, not-for-profit organisation created to raise standards across the new-build industry and strengthen protection for home buyers. It covers areas such as how homes are marketed and sold, the information buyers receive before committing to a purchase, and the support provided after moving in.
