Sales Progress - Hockley Gardens

Today our final home on this exclusive development of new homes in Wingerworth, Derbyshire went ‘under contract’. We now look forward to pushing ahead and finishing the final new homes on this development for our lovely new home buyers.

To have all the homes on site with sales now formally agreed marks a major milestone for us. We started work on this development back in 2018 having purchased Hockley House and the extensive gardens associated with that dwelling. We know the village of Wingerworth in Derbyshire well and saw this as a unique opportunity to deliver high quality housing on a small site benefiting from beautiful views. Being located between Chesterfield and the Peak District makes the area a particularly desirable location to live.

We set about designing a scheme of unique new build homes that offered buyers a very different home to many of those being built in the area. We looked to deliver a new housing development with a strong sense of character, a range of different home styles and a mixture of traditional dry stone walling.
