Planning Application Approved at Gateford Toll Bar

We are delighted to announce that, having received a recommendation approval, Bassetlaw Planning Committee resolved to grant the approval of our latest development off Gateford Toll Bar, on the outskirts of Worksop.

The development will bring forward 10 new homes, which will be highly energy efficient and come with the usual high specification finish customers can expect with a Stancliffe Homes. As well as this, the site is set to deliver a 66 bedroom care home. This will go a substantial way to addressing the undersupply of high quality, modern care provision in the district. 

Detailed design of both the new housing and the care facility are currently being worked up and detailed plans are expected to be submitted in late 2023, with an expected start on site of summer 2024.
