Nethermoor Grange was a unique development of just five executive homes, created with quality and longevity at its core.
With such a limited collection, every detail mattered. From the choice of natural stone exteriors to the carefully considered internal layouts.
These were high-specification homes in every sense. Underfloor heating provided comfort throughout, smart EV charging reflected modern priorities, and expansive bi-fold doors opened onto long south-facing gardens, bringing light and outdoor space into everyday living. The materials, finishes and features were chosen to enhance the way the homes functioned day to day.
