Nethermoor Grange was a unique development of just five executive homes, created with quality and longevity at its core.

Nethermoor Grange was set within the picturesque village of Wingerworth, a location known for its strong community feel and beautiful surroundings.

Positioned just a few miles southwest of Chesterfield, the village offered residents a quieter, more settled pace of living while remaining closely connected to the town. Nethermoor Grange offered the best of both worlds. 

Its position on the edge of the Peak District gave the setting an added sense of appeal. Residents were drawn to the immediate access to open landscapes, with places such as The Avenue Washlands Nature Reserve, Deer Park and Chartwell Park providing everyday opportunities to spend time outdoors.
