With Wingerworth as its backdrop, Hockley Gardens was about creating a place people felt proud to live in.
Hockley Gardens was a carefully crafted development of just 27 homes, bringing together a mix of 3 bedroom bungalows and spacious 4 and 5 bedroom houses. The scale of the development allowed it to feel considered and personal.
