A small collection of traditional homes in the heart of Wingerworth. Built with care, character and a sense of community.
With Wingerworth as its backdrop, Hockley Gardens was about creating a place people felt proud to live in.
Hockley Gardens was a carefully crafted development of just 27 homes, bringing together a mix of 3 bedroom bungalows and spacious 4 and 5 bedroom houses. The scale of the development allowed it to feel considered and personal.
Each property was designed to have its own sense of identity, combining traditional character with modern layouts and high-quality specification. The result was a development that felt welcoming and built to stand the test of time.
A beautiful Derbyshire village with a real sense of community.
Set in Wingerworth, where countryside and community go hand in hand
Hockley Gardens was situated in the picturesque village of Wingerworth, positioned between the market town of Chesterfield and the landscapes of the Peak District. It’s a setting that offers both a strong sense of community and easy access to open countryside – something that continues to make it such a desirable place to live.
With village amenities nearby and wider facilities just a short drive away, the location proved to be a perfect place for living. As always, we chose the setting carefully because how a development feels in its surrounding area matters just as much as the homes themselves.
