Progress at Sherwood Fields in Bolsover

Stancliffe Homes is delighted to have started construction on a 4-acre site to bring a further 38 new homes to the town of Bolsover on the outskirts of Chesterfield.

Our proposed development of these 38 new homes located off Oxcroft Lane in Bolsover received planning approval from Bolsover District Council in February 2022.

Sherwood Gardens will feature a mixture of two, three, four and five-bedroom homes and 3 bedroom bungalows. We expect to release our new homes within the next few months and the first homes are estimated to be ready for occupation in December 2022.

In addition to delivering these 38 new homes, bursting with character, Stancliffe Homes will also contribute over £430,000 towards local education, open space and play area improvements as part of their planning obligations.
