After being in their new home for 2 months, one of our latest home buyers at Chestnut Grove in Shireoaks, David Staniforth, popped in to give us a lovely review of his experience buying a new home from the Stancliffe team. David said:

I have purchased plot 29 at Chestnut Grove in the village of Shireoaks, which was last bungalow available on this development.

It stands on a private access road together with 5 other properties and the bungalow was completed towards the end of March 2022. Unlike the rest of the properties which are tradition brick styles , my new home is finished in Ivory render on the front elevation which enhances the curb appeal and lends to a lovely street scene.

As far as I consider personally, my home is of a quality build and construction, the finishes are impeccable, the interior choices are high quality and numerous. The EPC value is high and provides a very cool property in the summer months, and I expect in winter this will be very warm and low cost.

Overall the property is of good value, style and in the right location for my family.

The service provided by the sale and construction staff was impeccable.
