Stancliffe Celebrates 200th Home Milestone

Stancliffe has reached the landmark of handing over the keys to our 200th home.

Stancliffe, which was first established in 2018, has built a reputation for creating high quality homes that make very special places to live. All of the homes we build are personal to us, and every home of the 200 homes we’ve handed over in the last five years, has been incredibly important to every member of our team.

Achieving this milestone has only been possible as a result of a huge amount of effort from all of the people who work with Stancliffe. That effort continues, and as we look forward in 2025 we expect to welcome over 75 new homeowners this year. We’ll also be working on planning applications for over 250 further new homes in our area, which represents a significant development pipeline for the future.
