Progress Update at Gateford Place

As we head into spring, we’re delighted to have a very busy year ahead at Gateford Place. We have skilled masons laying high quality brickets, joiners, roofers and window fitters getting homes water tight, and electricians and plasterers commencing on internal works. All in addition to a team of hardworking tradespeople installing infrastructure, services and the things homeowners don’t see.

This development of just 10 new, high specification homes has proved to be exceptionally popular, with homes already sold off market and pre-release. As a result, construction works have been advanced in order to keep up with the demand for our homes.
