Stancliffe Homes submits plans for 17 new bungalows in Wingerworth, Chesterfield
Stancliffe Homes is delighted to have submitted plans to deliver 17 new bungalows on the outskirts of Wingerworth.
Located on land off Derby Road, Stancliffe’s proposed development will comprise a mix of two and three bedroom bungalows. The bungalows are proposed to be built in stone, packed with character, highly energy efficient and come with a market leading specification.
All of the bungalows will come with air source heat pumps, PV panels, EV charging, underfloor heating and many more energy efficiency measures.
Situated on the outskirts of the picturesque village of Wingerworth in Derbyshire, this development will be located between the charming market town of Chesterfield and the scenic peak district.
The development is in an enviable location just three miles from the bustling market town of Chesterfield, which presents a range of excellent leisure opportunities within rural surrounds. Known as the ‘gateway to the Peak District’, this vibrant town is home to impressive historic houses, a museum and art gallery, an award-winning theatre and a number of highly-regarded restaurants.

If given the go ahead by North East Derbyshire District Council, work at the development is set to commence in Summer 2025.
