It’s been a busy start to 2023, and we’re delighted to say all homes have now been reserved in our latest phase at our Sherwood Fields development in Bolsover. Despite a lot of press in the market about uncertainty around housing in the UK, we’ve seen a really strong demand from buyers for high quality homes in the area.
We hope our buyers will be delighted with their new homes, it’s an exciting process watching a house being built, right through from the design stage to the build itself. After several developments and many years, it still gives us the same joy seeing happy customers!
