Planning Permission Granted at Tansley

We are very pleased to announce we will be building 47 high quality new homes in the beautiful village of Tansley, in Derbyshire. The site will be named ‘Bentley Walk’ and benefits from a rural setting, whilst being close to key commuter routes.

Tansley village lies in the Derbyshire dales and is very close to the market town of Matlock, with excellent links to both the Peak District, but also the bustling town of Chesterfield and city of Sheffield. 

We will be building an array of homes, ranging from 1 bedroom apartments, 2, 3, 4 and 5 bed houses, as well as 2 and 3 bed bungalows. The style of these homes will follow our traditional build as well as using natural stone and stylish windows. We plan to build homes that look as contemporary as they are functional and to deliver high quality craftsmanship in all we do.
