New Homeowners at Chestnut Grove

This week, the Stancliffe team met up with Martyn and Jagoda who bought a new home at our Chestnut Grove development in Shireoaks, Nottinghamshire.

Having previously been living in council rented accomodation, Jagoda says they always had the desire to purchase a home in Shireoaks. Martyn and Jagoda decided a Stancliffe Home was the one for them and when the initial sale on their home fell through, they didn’t hesitate to make a reservation and secure the property.

Martyn said: “the whole buying process went really smoothly and Lorraine helped with all the work around appointing solicitors and securing a mortgage”.

Martyn and Jagoda love the space in the kitchen and are commented that the specification in the home gave them more than they could want.
