The Kingham is a brand new home style that has been designed by the team at Stancliffe Homes.

This four bedroom home is filled with character and captures a range of traditional design details. We love the home that much that we’ve featured it as our development show home at ‘Chestnut Grove’ in Shireoaks, Nottinghamshire.

The heart of the home is the striking open plan kitchen, dining, living space across the rear of the home. The great kitchen space is complete with designer kitchen and high-end built in appliances with a large window overlooking the rear garden.

Elsewhere, this room offers a large dining space and living space, underneath a lantern skylight with bi-fold doors giving great access to the rear garden. We think this delivers a fantastic living and entertaining space all year round. A utility room, WC and storage area can all be accessed from this room as well.
