Ground Breaking Celebration

To mark the start of construction activity at our latest development site off Oxcroft Lane in Bolsover, a number of the Stancliffe Homes team, together with members of Old Bolsover Town Council (the former land owners) gathered to officially ‘turn the first sod’.

Stancliffe were selected as the preferred developer by former landowners, Old Bolsover Town Council, in early 2021. Bolsover is a historic market town on the outskirts of Chesterfield and the Town Council is responsible for the area's parks, cemetery, allotment gardens and community halls.

Once selected, Stancliffe submitted a planning application in August 2021, and have wasted no time in starting construction on these new homes. The development will see 38 new homes delivered in Bolsover and these range from stylish 3 bedroom bungalows to 2 bedroom starter homes and from 3 bedroom detached houses to large executive 5 bedroom detached houses.
