This week, the Stancliffe team met up with one of the latest home buyers to move into their new home in Shireoaks.

Having previously lived in the area for 12 years, Anna had been looking for a nice quiet area for a number of years. By chance, one of Anna’s friends purchased a home from Stancliffe and Anna had been really impressed with the quality of the build.

We were keen to understand what made Anna decide to buy with Stancliffe with a wide range of home builders in the area. Anna said “the location of the site, quality of the build and the really pleasant customer service” and pointed to extra changes our team made to her home and the design to help her future proof.

Anna went on to say “the excellent range of options, standard of the finish items and the upgrades available really helped to create a home that reflects my personality”.

Anna also shared some very kind words on the specification of our new homes “A few positive items that I didn’t expect were the electric car charging point, and the high specification of all the built in AEG appliances”.

Our development of new homes in Shireoaks offered buyers a range of choice from 3 bedroom starter homes to 3 bedroom bungalows and large 4 bedroom properties.

Stancliffe Homes will be delivering further much needed family homes across Bolsover, Chesterfield, Derbyshire, Nottinghamshire and the Peak District over the coming years.
