Whilst we are always looking to improve in all aspects of what we do, getting nice feedback from our lovely new homeowners is always something gratefully recieved by everyone in the Stancliffe team.

“My husband and I have been in our new Stancliffe home for 2 weeks and are impressed with the high quality finishes and timely response to the few snagging issues we have encountered.
From our initial meeting with Lorraine she has been an absolute god send. I can't praise her enough for the support she has provided throughout what turned out to be a stressful process, from the sale of our house falling through to incompetent solicitors delaying our exchange. Lorraine has always greeted us with a smile, positivity and reassurance, when it felt like the entire process would collapse, and I personally feel we most probably would have fallen at the first hurdle without her professional, friendly, knowledgeable and unwavering support.
Since moving in to our new home we have had a few snagging issues (not as many as we would have expected and all relatively minor), however, Julie has responded to our concerns straight away. Again, she has always made us feel that nothing is too much trouble and that she actually cares about making this a special, stress free transition and ensuring we are totally happy with the finishes in our new home.
My husband was always adamant he would never purchase a new house and it took some persuasion to convince him to look around several new builds (all of which he refused to entertain), however, he was really impressed with the product Stancliffe were offering and I can state with conviction they have not disappointed!!
