We don’t supply the same kitchens as you’ll see from a lot of housebuilders. We’ve partnered with a designer german kitchen manufacturer to give us something superior in quality in and design, and different to the rest.

Our kitchens also include more as standard:

  • Contemporary fixtures

  • High-spec worktops and splashbacks

Our bathrooms are tiled with market leading Porcelanosa tiles and with high-quality Roca sanitaryware — no cheap white plastic or corner-cutting here.

Energy-Efficient Features

We’re committed to ensure every Stancliffe home achieved an A rating for it’s EPC and from 2025 onwards, our homes include:

  • Air source heat pumps

  • Solar PV panels (on selected homes)

  • Underfloor heating (ground floor as standard)

  • Excellent insulation and airtightness
