Throwback Tuesday

Within the last few weeks, our team have completed the vast majority of works on our Oak Tree Park development in Shireoaks. We always feel completing works to the roadway marks a major milestone and really changes the feel of a development. Completing these works prompted the team at Stancliffe to reflect on the last few years developing some lovely new homes in a beautiful part of Nottinghamshire.

Having started work on site back in late 2018, we’ve delivered 76 new homes across the site. These have ranged from 2 bedroom to 5 bedroom homes and a range of 3 bedroom bungalows.

There has been strong demand for new homes in Shireoaks, Nottinghamshire and all completed homes at Oak Tree Park are now occupied.

Stancliffe Homes will be delivering 28 new homes on ‘Chestnut Grove’ in Shireoaks which is adjacent to ‘Oak Tree Park’. These homes will be complete and ready for home owners to move into between September ‘21 and August ‘22.
