The Benefits of a New Stancliffe Home

All of the team at Stancliffe are driven by delivering homes and customer service of exceptional quality. Every home we build has been thoughtfully designed, expertly crafted, and finished with premium products.

Giving our customers freedom to design their home as they like and the long-lasting durability of the building materials are just a couple of the numerous benefits of owning a new Stancliffe home home.

In addition to this, we are focusing and striving to deliver homes that are fit for the future, by consistently providing energy efficient and sustainable properties. We’ve made a commitment to ensure all the homes we build from 2024 onwards achieve an ‘A’ rating for energy efficiency.

Whether you’re a first-time buyer or looking to move, a new Stancliffe home could be the ideal choice, offering the highest standards of quality and a sustainable long-term solution to saving on energy and costs.

Choice

We endeavour to give all our customers a wide range of choice to allow them to personalise the finished look of their homes. We have over 20 choices of kitchen finishes, endless worktop and handles, a range of hundreds of combinations of tiles from Porcelanosa and a wide choice over things like carpet finish, doors, handles, socket finishes, radiator positioning, and more.

Sustainability

Energy costs have risen substantially in recent years and the volatility has been concerning for many of us. Owning a home that is highly energy efficient, incorporates renewable sources of energy and reduces increasingly expensive bills has never been more critical to maintaining a comfortable lifestyle.

All homes from Stancliffe feature electric car charging points, and new homes also feature PV panels, as well as energy-efficient electrics throughout and A+ rated appliances where applicable.

The Home Builders Federation’s 2022 report, Cleaner, Greener, Cheaper, also outlined how new-build homes are significantly better for the environment, reducing carbon emissions by 64 per cent compared to older properties, while new-build apartments generate savings of 53 per cent on carbon emissions.

Efficiency

A new energy report from the Home Builders Federation found that buyers of new-build home are saving £2,200 on average on their household bills. At Stancliffe, given all our new homes will meet an ‘A’ rating for their energy performance we believe our customers will save even more than the average new homeowner.
