As we enter the second half of 2024, we’re delighted to have a very busy year ahead on our second phase of development at Sherwood Fields in Bolsover. We have skilled masons, joiners, roofers and window fitters getting homes water tight, and electricians and plasterers commencing on internal works. All in addition to a team of hardworking tradespeople installing infrastructure, services and the things homeowners don’t see.

This second phase of development is for 21 new, high specification homes has proved to be exceptionally popular, with over 75% of the homes already sold off plan.

Lorraine Aloisio is the Sales Manager at Sherwood Fields and said “This has been an exceptionally popular development ever since we first received planning permission. To have just four homes remaining over the 58 across site is testament to just how popular our homes have proved to be.”

Bolsover is clearly a popular location in Derbyshire and it isn’t hard to see why. The town offers a close-knit community, with convenient amenities and excellent transport links.

Our show home on this development is an ‘Arlington’ 5 Bedroom detached home with double garage. All of the five bedroom homes on offer at Sherwood Fields are already reserved, and the Arlington has proved to be extremely popular.
