Our Latest Development - Chestnut Grove

We’re delighted to announce our latest development in the Nottinghamshire village of Shireoaks.

Located just outside of Worksop in the district of Bassetlaw, our new development ‘Chestnut Grove’, Shireoaks is an exclusive new development of just 28 homes.

Shireoaks is a historic and picturesque village located on the border of South Yorkshire and Nottinghamshire. The area is ideally located for commuters, being close to both the A1 and M1 and with a train station offering services to Sheffield and Nottingham. The village has the River Ryton and Chesterfield Canal passing through which offer some beautiful walks. The village has a number of small shops, hairdresser, fish and chip shop, newsagent with Post Office and a number of large supermarkets within a short drive.

The development features a mix of 3 bedroom bungalows, and 3 and 4 bedroom homes, each carefully designed to meet a wide range of needs.

The homes on Chestnut Grove have been inspired by the ‘Arts & Crafts’ architectural movement. The look of these homes is all about simple, traditional detailing, the use of natural materials and the celebration of craftsmanship and individuality. The colour palette across the site has been inspired by traditional 1930’s homes to add warmth and depth.
