Stancliffe Homes and the New Homes Quality Board
We are pleased to now be registered with the New Homes Quality Board. The New Homes Quality Board (NHQB) was introduced with the goal of developing a new framework to oversee reforms in house building. All new homes reserved are covered under the new service.
The New Homes Quality Code (NHQC) was introduced in 2022, and focuses primarily on 2 things:
To oversee reforms in the quality of new homes
To deliver the highest customer service during the house purchasing process
Significant progress has already been made in the housebuilding industry, and we’re proud to be registered with a service that aligns with our values in delivering the highest standards in new build homes and offers the best customer protection.
