Planning Approved for Extension to Sherwood Fields

We are delighted to announce that Bolsover District Council have approved an extension to our existing ‘Sherwood Fields’ development off Oxcroft Lane in Bolsover. Sherwood Fields is located directly off Oxcroft Lane, S44 6DW and is within easy walking distance of the range of amenities within Bolsover’s historic town centre.

The development will bring forward a further 21 new homes, which will be highly energy efficient and come with the usual high specification finish customers can expect with a Stancliffe Homes.
