New Home Buyers Reflect on their purchase with Stancliffe

The Stancliffe Homes’ team recently sat down with the buyers of our ‘show home’ at the Oak Tree Park development in Shireoaks.

Mr and Mrs Burton moved in to their new home in late March ‘2021 after deciding this was their ‘wow’ house! The buyers commented that this has been their third need build home. After a bad experience with a previous housebuilder, Mr and Mrs Burton did not intend to buy a new build again, but reflecting on their decision they said “we got the impression that Stancliffe would go the extra mile for us. The communication from Stancliffe throughout the process was exemplary.”

Buying our former show home meant that Mr and Mrs Burton received a whole range of upgrades, together with additional appliances, wardrobes and more which meant they were moving into a fully furnished, ready to live in home.

Shireoaks is a beautiful village, and this, together with the high build quality at Stancliffe was a key reason for the decision to go ahead and move to Oak Tree Park for these buyers. Mrs Burton highlighted that “One of our favourite walks is in Shireoaks. The village fits our lifestyle and has good rail networks and great road connectivity”.
