New Development Proposed

Stancliffe Homes are delighted to have submitted proposals to develop 38 dwellings on land off Oxcroft Lane in the historic town of Bolsover, Chesterfield.

The proposed development is located and accessed off Oxcroft Lane and features a range of 2, 3, 4 and 5 bedroom homes together with 3 bedroom bungalows.

Bolsover was granted a market town charter almost 800 years ago by Henry III. The area has a rich and varied history and the town centre has been designated a conservation area in recognition of its special and architectural interest.

Our proposed home styles on the development continue with our ‘arts and crafts’ design that has featured on many of our recent developments. The look of these homes is all about simple, traditional detailing, the use of natural materials and the celebration of craftsmanship and individuality. The colour palette across the site has been inspired by traditional 1930’s homes to add warmth, depth and comfort and we feel will give buyers that real sense of home.
