Progress Update - March ‘21

As we enter what is hopefully the final month of the current Covid-19 restrictions, we start off with all of the homes across our current developments either sold or reserved.

At Hockley Gardens in Wingerworth, Chesterfield, Derbyshire we agreed a sale on our final 4 bedroom detached home in the middle of February and look forward to welcoming a lovely family into that new home in late May. They will benefit from being able to choose all of their finishes for the kitchens and bathrooms, as well as their flooring throughout the home, internal doors and much more.

At our development of new homes in Shireoaks, between Worksop and Sheffield the final home was reserved this weekend. This was a new build 3 bedroom bungalow with a lovely south west facing garden. The home will be complete and ready for a new resident in early May ahead of completion all homes on site in June 2021.

Welcoming people into high quality new homes is always the real joy in what we do and it will be lovely to see all our new homes occupied across both Oak Tree Park and Hockley Gardens.
